Wait. I thought submitter said "beer", not "swill".

The college student responded by tweeting, "You're welcome," instead of "thank you" in an attempt to be ironic.

Solution: Hipster Party - with music by bands you probably haven't heard of

Don't knock PBR too hard. I am in Oregon, I have my own 2 keg system, and mainly drink local craft beers. And yet, I still can enjoy a few ice cold PBR's on a hot sunny day. They leave me feeling hydrated instead of dehydrated and wanting water.

Best post-mountain-bike ride / post-backcountry ski day / post-climbing recovery drink I know of.

/There...I said it
//I like PBR in very specific situations.
///I feel so FREE!

PBR is great on a hot summer day or after eating the moon if it were made of barbequed spare ribs.

/I know budweiser is the proper post-moon-eating beer

Oh boy! Another beer snob thread!

My mostly obscure beer is better than your semi-obscure beer by virtue of the fact that my beer is more obscure.

/got it?

yes, because when everyone was in college all we drank was Stone and Anchor Steam.

please ---- I can say I drank TONS of PBR in college, and proudly so - it was cheap and did the job.

(and this was 1990 before the post-hip-irony phase it seems to still be enjoying these day)

I'll let Mr. Booth take it the rest of the way:
