It looks like it, and I suppose it could have the same side effects, but you could limit that by restricting the alcohol volume of the delivery device. If the max it can hold is small enough and refilling it is a big enough pain in the ass to keep you from doing so a dozen times, you'll probably be ok.

No. This would be safer. The reason is that its uaing very little alcohol and just hitting the blood heading out of the lungs (to the brain, etc). The overall BAC stays low and the effect on the brain would only last til you stop and a little bit after. Unless you ised it for a long time at once, your real bac would stay low. Theoretically, it would be safer than drinking. If you overused it, you might get too drunk, but then youd drop it and not absorb any more (unlike drinking or enemas).

Psh... kids today.
