Debeo Summa Credo: indylaw: WhyteRaven74: indylaw: f filthy college kids and jobless slackers

Well that covers part of the people who are involved.

It's a bit of stereotyping and caricaturing, I'll admit. But that's how they are viewed and perceived, at least publicly, by those invested in the status quo. If they are nothing but a bunch of stupid kids and aimless do-nothings, then why do they manage to get under the skin of those who have everything and believe that what they are doing is good and just?

I think you are overstating the impact they are having. Sure, FoxNews and the NY Post and right-wing radio will whine about them, but they'll focus on anything that they perceive will make the left look bad. Do you think the 'wealthy assholes' were shiatting their pants because of ACORN? No, but right wing news outlets still covered the hell out of ACORN.

More likely, the wealthy are looking down upon OWS and today's admittedly pathetic showing with amusement.

Some of my more "entitled" Republican IRL friends sure obsess about how "stupid" and "inconsequential" the Occupy movement is and go out of their way to cite things to discredit them.

You know how I treat people I believe to be stupid, inconsequential, and non-credible? I ignore them. Like Time Cube guy or Stormfronters or Birthers.

Given the amount of still deluded fools out there, let me be the first to say:

"I, for one, welcome our new Plutocratic overlords!"

When they finally wake up (foreclosed and broke) it will be too late.

Enjoy it while it lasts ...

Please accept my most humble apology, almighty Occupier. We, as lowly conservatives, live in a backwards society where it requires a work ethic and initiative to succeed. Who knows, maybe with enough picketing and shiatting on cop cars you can influence the United States to adopt a more advanced, progressive system characterized by complete dependence upon the government.

Don't you see? OWS is a disorganized, leaderless, powerless group UNTIL someone does something bad, in which case they all support (or are) anarchists, rapists, people who shiat on police cars, etc.

But when the vast majority of Tea Party rallies (and Congressional seats) are filled with racists and/or drooling idiots, well, you shouldn't judge a movement based on a few bad apples.

May 1st is an important day to observe: It's Victims of Communism Day.

Here's a statue called "Crucified Again" in Ottawa, made by Czech artist Josef Randa:

And here's the classic example of communism's accomplishments, as seen in Tuol Sleng, Cambodia:

I see that the new narrative is that, by denying coverage of the event, they are able to make the protesters less-than-credible because there is no media coverage.
