Joke options:
1. I bet the kid did Nazi that coming
B. You know who else had young children tortured for being Jewish? (multiple correct answers, unfortunately)
III. Something about Helen Keller in the attic

Which to pick, which to pick...

6 million men, women and children forced under desks is nothing to make light of.

Relatively Obscure: 6 million men, women and children forced under desks is nothing to make light of.

And all the Germans in the surrounding classrooms swore they didn't know Jews were being forced under desks. Why would they force them under desks when they could be doing something useful like sharpening pencils?

2012-05-01 02:15:14 AM
I was once reprimanded for sharpening a pencil in the 3rd grade. The biatch slapped my hand with a ruler and told me to ask permission next time, before sharpening my pencil

It's a shame the allies didn't do more to stop the atrocities. They should have bombed the rail lines to the desks.

Today, the teacher would get shanked with the pencil.

I'm not a teacher, but I'm pretty sure there's a better way to teach the Holocaust than dragging a kid under a desk.

Then again, maybe we should be glad she didn't push him into a gas oven.

First off, even though she apparently has a spotless 23 year teaching record. she does sort of look like a Nazi.
Secondly, what does :The teacher then dragged him 10ft under a table and made the comment about Nazis" mean. Maybe I'm missing something stupid, but where is 10 feet under a table?

4 foot high table, so 10 feet below that would be .... six foot under.

I don't think it is supposed to be a joke. That is what actually happened.

You're supposed to drag them under a bus, you're doing it wrong. Just ask any of the so called progressives here in the States.

23-year career. This seems like a case of classroom apathy. She probably taught the same lesson she's been teaching for years, taught about the struggle against tyranny, taught about mass murder, taught about good people doing nothing and evil people thriving. And for the first time the whole class said,

"meh."

And she snapped. It happens.

"'This is such a sensitive topic. But what do you determine is instructive teaching? Where is that line?' Ferguson said."

I'm guessing the line is crossed when you scream Jew at your students and throw them under a table.

In World History class, we just watched a lot of depressing footage the Nazis took at the camps. Pretty much self explanatory. This inbred S. Carolina hick got her teaching license out of a Cracker Jack box.

In middle school I made a WWII presentation that consisted of a shoebox filled with chopped up Barbies and called it a "jew-pit".
