Olbermann is 100% typical of the types of people you encounter in broadcasting. My father owned a couple broadcasting outlets when I was a kid, and I couldn't even begin to recount all of the horror stories of him dealing with tantrums, substance abuse, whining, backstabbing, and all around negativity.

Broadcasting attracts fantastically insecure people. I mean even more insecure than the types of folks you meet at record labels or film studios. There's something inherently seductive about the field to psychologically damaged people.

Believe me when I say that Olbermann and O'Reilly hate each other because they're so similar.

Keith should have never left SportsCenter.

Keith has always been an asshole but since Bush is no longer in office he out lasted his usefulness for them so he was thrown on the liberal used to be really important but no longer matters to us shiat heap along with Cindy Sheehan and all the other bat shiat left wing crazies they no longer care about. Remember liberal media darling Cindy Sheehan? When Bush was in office the media waited with bated breath for every word she had to say about him because her son had died in the war. While Olberman is and always has been an asshole, I dont see how Kimmel can be called an asshole since these dinners are known to cut into people like roasts usually do, I hope Olberman saved his money since he may be out of a job for a while.

I still find it funny back when I used to call Olberman an asshole I would get labeled a freeper and I didnt even know what that was at the time, actually had to google it, but now that hes on the outs with everyone else it seems everyone is agreeing with me.

I can specificly remember not caring. Olbermann has made some good and eloquent points in his time, but they seemed to be buried in nonsense.

I don't think we were fellating him, certainly not as much as the right reviled him. But he did his job well and we appreciated that.
