He could beat everybody, The Hulk would be easy. He could even take Dr. Strange, he's taken out genies and witches and vampires (abra-capokis!) monsters, martians, I'd be willing to bet he'd take out the entire marvel universe at one time.

Remember when that giant Elmer Fudd was chasing him? He just stuck his foot out and tripped him, that's how he'd handle Galactus.

Strongest Fictional Character? Let's go by the actual character of the character.



Raised out of the gutter; quit drinking; fought dragons; married into enough money that he owns half the city, still puts in too many nights on the streets; fights for equality by vindictively hiring people, trolls, midgets; uses science because it works and avoids magic unless it's clever. Found the rightful king of the city and still out ranks him. Wages wars to make peace. Fond of bacon.

Great Janitor: I would say that Goku would take out Superman, Batman, all Power Rangers (even Tommy), even most Gods based on how powerful he became by the time Dragonball GT ended.

However, that's if we're talking just strength. If we figure in intelligence, then Goku is farked because the Doctor could just whisk him to another universe and leave him there. Goku's as strong as they come, but is as dumb as a brick.

I'd have to go with Q. Snap the fingers, just about any enemy is instantly killed, no actual physical body, and access to weapons that can kill other Qs.

And since Sisko punched Q and never had to deal with him again we can agree that Sisko > Q

Therefore Sisko is not only the strongest fictional character but he is also the best Captain.
