But it should be obvious to every reasonable person that 16-year-old boys seeing PICTURES of a reasonably hot 28-year-old woman is only going to be a positive experience.

Sure, she did wrong and there was the chance she would escalate the behaviour, so she has to be fired. But using the word "victims" here is ludicrious.
