The more I look at the before and after in TFA, the less they look like the same person. The only unifying trait seems to be her over-plucked eyebrow and all those piercings in her ear.

Eyebrow shaping is not for everyone. 20 dollars at a decent salon will fix it. What's up with all the mugshots and the f*cked up eyebrows? Maybe they're robbing johns and such just to get treatment for that. I'd say it's justified.

No way.

Her face wasn't attactive before and no amount of weight loss would have made her as good-looking as in the after photo. Also, thanks to the liposuction the weight probably wouldn't return to the neck if she put it back on, which is a good thng.

The sad truth is, if this girl stops now and doesn't go crazy with future cosmetic procedures, she'll probably have a better life than she would have with her previous face.

That's why I don't judge people who make decisions to undergo plastic surgery without context the motivations behind it. And no, the Daily Fail telling me she did it because she wants to look good for the prom isn't context.

He doesn't mean while they're good looking. What he meant by worse off, probably, was long run, after the looks fade, and all you're left with is a plastic husk that has absolutely no redeeming qualities outside of having once lookedd like Carmen Electra.
