Fark needs a "dipshiat" tag.

2012-04-28 08:50:54 PM
When Velsor asked to see the gold shield again, Rainier refused, police said. Velsor asked Rainier to get out of the car. Again, he refused, police said.

I'd like to believe that this guy sank lower and lower into his car seat until he believed that the cop believed that he disappeared.

I *have* to believe that.

Why would it matter to the police officer that the shield was real or not? Does that matter?

It shouldn't.

AverageAmericanGuy: Why would it matter to the police officer that the shield was real or not? Does that matter?

Well, it's important to determine whether he is above the law or not.

That said, I love cop-hate threads as much as anyone, but the hate totally goes on the douchebag driver in this case.

It's all a misunderstanding. What he really said was "Urine trouble", indicating that he had urine trouble. And then, of course, he simply flashed his official pee badge that was issued by his urologist, naturally gold in color, to prove that he had urine trouble. Misunderstanding.

Speeding tickets are just a con in the first place so trying a con to escape one makes some sense... but conning the con men needs to be a bit better thought out.

2012-04-29 02:48:08 AM
I had a customer get arrested at my work on a warrant the other day. Cops rushed in, guns drawn and everything, the guy was claiming he was an undercover officer, badge number blah blah blah, needless to say it didn't work, and he was quite obviously a guy you would see on cops getting arrested. I thought it was funny he tried that whole spiel, as if the cops would just stop mid-arrest and say "OH, you're an undercover cop? So sorry. We totally thought you were dealing drugs and fleeing from us in the line of duty".

New Port Richey is getting to the point where it needs its own tag.

Rainier then flashed a gold shield resembling an official Florida Department of Law Enforcement badge, police said. "You're in trouble," he told the officer.

LOL. First of all, no cop would tell another one "you're in trouble" for doing his job. Secondly, you have a laminated ID, not just a tin badge. And no cop would have any problems actually handing it to another officer for inspection. What a farking moron. It's guys like this tard that keep the police in business.

Okay one the 'Thin Blue Line' doesn't work that way. It only works if the cop knows you're one of them. Two the guy is a complete and total idiot if he thinks waving his toy badge would get him out of a ticket.

Guess you haven't been to So Cal. 10-15 over the limit is pretty much normal here. (excluding traffic jams of course!!) CHP don't usually pull you over unless you're driving like a douche or they're running a speed trap (like they often do at the top of the Grapevine.)
