This is looking more like Louden and less like Richmond.

Did like "That's Jeff Hammond; the cone has the night off" though.

Typical Roush: Give Carl the pretty EcoBoost scheme, and give Kenseth the leftovers.

Nah, Evil Opie just needs to have his engine blow up, Denny ain't on my personal bad guy list (that is reserved for the 24, the 48, and the 99, as well as the Busch brothers).

And I don't want to think of what follows the TNT coverage (shudders at the thought of 24 minutes of commercials, mixed in with 6 minutes of race coverage, every 30 minutes on That Damn Di$ney-controlled "$port$" Network).

I said all along I wouldn't buy in to fewer cautions as a trend unless it happened at Richmond & Darlington. Well...

Somewhere out there, I expect JJ Yeley to be receiving a call from NASCAR.

"We want you back in Cup. We have acquired a ride for you. Do your thing."

My bias this week is based on the fact that everybody in my fantasy league picked one or the other. I picked Harvick. And I have some catching up to do...

In real life I have nothing against either of them.

Checking in with #TEAMPANTSLESS during this caution...

@JennaFryer
It's not wrecks that NASCAR needs. It's re-starts. That's where all the magic happens.

Advertisers pay less for commercials during cautions - viewers are more likely to change channels or go potty during yellows.

I heard one of the drivers this week say that they still want to be able to bump each other, it just that the aero package is separating the cars. When you get too close, the air builds up too thick between the cars.

The law of unintentional consequences strikes again. NASCAR made the changes because the drivers kept whining "he got too close and got me loose, waaaaah."

Alright well...um....the Mets game is 3-3 in Denver right now, and that's more exciting than whatever the sh*t this is.
