Tell her, her teacher and the parents thanks so much for wasting taxpayer money (easily totaling more than the food) and making the govt go through her application and turn it down.

Also tell her that if she didn't try and mess around with the Govt and realize that the Govt doesnt exist to pay
her pet projects then she'd be ready for the future.

She could have made 100 meals, sold them for a large profit, and fed the senior citizens the bootstraps she wouldn't need any more!!! It's not like we want to boomers around any longer 'cause we can't afford.

/was that any good? :)
