Harv72b: netweavr: Deal? It's not like she's getting paid. That would make it illegal and immoral for some reason.

Not if you film it for profit.

That might violate the draftee's contract though.

Seattle selects Greg Scruggs, DT, Louisville.

2012-04-28 06:27:26 PM

Gosling: Yeah, I don't think Vontase is getting drafted. It's going to be interesting to see who finally takes a chance on him in the post-draft frenzy. If anyone even does.

He'll end up in the CFL.

2012-04-28 06:28:18 PM
Sweezy and Scruggs.

That's a fine 7th-round tandem.

/why the f*ck are we getting all these DTs? That's the position we're set at. Blech.

Someone will roll the dice on him in UDFA. He'll probably blow it.

Rose tore his ACL. Yeouch.

Tampa Bay selects Drake Dunsmore, FB, Northwestern.

I select a big ol' bottle of Thunderbird after hearing the news that Derrick Rose tore his ACL and is out for the playoffs.

OH MY GOD THE MATTRESS ATE MY SON! DEVIL! DEVIL IN MY HOUSE! SANTORUM WAS RIGHT!

Treygreen13: Rose tore his ACL. Yeouch.

Well, that explains robsul82's comment. He's been ahead of ESPN on all the draft picks, so I thought maybe he already knew the Saints pick.

IAmRight: Sweezy and Scruggs.

That's either the title for a sitcom, or an act on Austin City Limits, I can't decide.

They can still go pretty far without him. It's not like they've never played without him before. It's also not like they weren't a really good team during that time.

2012-04-28 06:34:37 PM
New Orleans selects Marcel Jones, OT, Nebraska.

And we're done.

/hopefully not my basketball team too

Good thing Rose was in a 12-point game with just over a minute left.

Love ya, Thibs, but FARK. That was my first reaction.

Both times the Bulls have played the Heat without Rose they've come out and shot like 90% from the field. I want Rose in there.

6'6", 320 pounds for Breesus Protector from the Huskers. I like that, heh.

It is true, they were making a run, but all you had to do was have good FT shooters and just hold on to the ball.

/plus I want Rose in there, now it's an excuse to discredit the potential championship for the annoying haters. I also happen to like everyone being able to give it their best shot. Nothing sucks more than beating a team you know you would lose to if they had their best player.

Yeah, being honest, I knew you'd be pissed because now a Miami ring gets a "yeah but," fair or not.

/hold the ball and make your shots, exactly right, fark their "run"

Jr. Hemingway goes to the Chiefs; like many men, he's sad that he's now out of Ann Arbor.

The Steelers' latest pick's name was David Paulson, TE, Oregon.

2012-04-28 06:50:38 PM
Okay, Packers. We've done what we needed to do on defense as far as the draft goes. Go get Matt Flynn's replacement. Let's take Kellen Moore, back him up behind Rodgers and see what happens.

2012-04-28 06:50:45 PM
REALLY Steelers?

We have one of the BEST TE's (In MY opinion at least) in the league in Heath Miller.

We also just got L. Pope from the Cardinals.

Guess this is for the Pope replacement.

Everyone thought that the Cardinals were just imitating the Steelers, but recently the Steelers having been getting ex-Cards too. Haley is probaby the reason for Pope, he had him in AZ and KC.

I'm there with you from the other side; in fact, I'd've preferred it if they didn't take Weeden.

/They'll be taking Barkley next year, so...

And now starting to talk about the undrafted free agents. I heard a couple days ago that the whole process of snapping up the undrafted takes about an hour, and if an hour passes and you as a player don't have a club, that's probably the end of your football career unless you go to Canada or the arena league.
