If you see such a fully dressed woman in plain view on the street and snap a photo, that's okay. If you see her in her front yard gardening in plain view, still okay. Yet somehow when she's standing in plain view at a window with no blinds or curtains, and you remain on your own property to admire from afar, suddenly snapping a photo is creepy?
Not sure I really get it.
Even better, if I stand naked in front of the window in my own home and the lady across the street sees me, I'm the one going to jail.
