FTFA Kenobi pulled into the left-turn lane, tried to merge into the straight-ahead lane between two cars waiting in the lane, hit the cars he was trying to merge between and then fled the scene.

Those two cars noticed him yet refused to yield. So the accident was really their fault...from a certain point of view.
