Hi guys!

I'll be honest- we didn't deserve to win that game. We were absolute shiat in the 3rd period and in the OT. But I fear that this series is going to be all about breaks like getting faceoffs in the offensive zone and weird bounces like the Yip goal and Klesla goal, to a lesser extent.

And I haven't read the thread yet, but if anyone noted all the empty seats- announced tickets sold was 17,187 when a sellout is 17,125. Sounds like a lot of scalpers and ticket brokers grabbed seats so don't blame the fans on that. Sunday may work out better (I hope). Trust me when I say I'm displeased by the look of the arena tonight.

But I'm thrilled with the win nonetheless. This series is going to be (pardon the pun) a dogfight.

Here's the thing- the only game the Wings won against the Preds in the 1st round, Detroit had only 17 SOG. That might be the key to beating Rinne- don't let him get in that groove.
