I grew up in a mexican community, so he is our Bob Marley basically. When I moved out, I was astounded people weren't huge fans of him. To this day, the Smiths are probably my favorite band, and remain influential to tons of other bands loved by many. Radiohead just being one.

Morrissey himself is pretty annoying, but I cannot take anything away from their albums.

I love the music of the Smiths. I love Morrissey's solo music.
