Article was only referencing March. I'm guessing the vast majority of RON PAUL's haul was in 2011 when he had a .1% chance rather than a .000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% chance he has now.

Everyone that wants Romney or Obama elected should continue to ignore Ron Paul. He's not doing anything at all and there's no chance he'll be on the ballot in November and he's completely irrelevant.

I'm surprised RON PAUL hasn't denounced the Constitution as being a violation of the Articles of Confederation. Since he wants states to be able to ban flag burning, he obviously doesn't think the First Amendment should apply to state governments.

If I were sure that the Colbert PAC would make a concerted, effective effort to ram a bag of hammers up the fundament of the Jesus Loves the Super Wealthy Now Get to Work Or Die of Cancer set, I'd make a seriously large contribution.

But it's not even clear what it is, apart from a joke.

Speculation that Cuban may have been a big money donor to AFABTT was sparked by the known friendship between the two and further fueled when Colbert's Super Pac put out that "ball gag" ad during the NBA strike last year. Don't think it's been made official yet whether he has donated or how much he gave.

The entire point to Colbert's Super Pac stunt was to educate people into understanding the new rules in a Post Citizens United world and hopefully enact change.

Which is apparently happening as we speak.

WASHINGTON -- On Friday evening, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued a ruling that could begin the process of revealing the identities of secret donors to groups connected to Karl Rove and the Koch brothers.

The court ruled in Van Hollen v. Federal Election Commission that the FEC rules that restricted campaign donor disclosure are not valid and must be changed to provide for disclosure.

It's ramming ye olde bag of hammers up the Mega Money/Control The World set. Most of which are of the "Jesus Loves the Super Wealthy Now Get to Work Or Die of Cancer" mindset.

Think of his PAC as a way of educating the public. It puts a big spotlight on what's really going on and how ridiculous it is. Colbert is making the process understandable enough that the public can see the actual flaws and make specific demands of what needs to change. Hell, even some lawmakers probably didn't completely know how these things worked until Colbert started spelling it out for us.

I thought Colbert was supporting Cain (or as they say in the business "raising Cain". Ha. ha. ha.).

I'd like to see him do some Ron Paul commercials. Some really, really great Ron Paul commericals. Let the American people know the real Ron Paul, not just the one that is systematically so ignored by the press that even coming second in a primary can't get him a mention while the press on both sides natter on about Santorum and other shiat.

I think I'll go suggest that to Steve Colbert right now.
