Del Paso Heights, home to Perry's Wigs and Thangs! The neighborhood is usually patrolled by the Twin Rivers School District PD (though after several police shootings in the area I don't know if that's still the case). If a Sacramento crime makes it on Fark, 9 out of 10 times it is from this neighborhood. I live about 1 1/2 miles from there and we regularly hear distant gunfire. A helicopter is usually orbiting this neighborhood as well. I drive through the area once in a while... it's run down, low income, low expectations.

A block away from the brawl site is Grant HS though, with one of the best HS football programs in the state.
