i'm not sure a whiter group of people exist on television. though, obama talking student loan reform over "baby come back" by player or "the things we do for love" by 10CC might be kinda awesome.

2012-04-25 03:37:14 PM
do they realize that it's a regular bit that idiot Falon does, and not necessarily done because the Obama was in close proximity to his show?

2012-04-25 03:47:35 PM
And why the fark is he so black all the time? Why can't he be white like every other President?

2012-04-25 04:06:32 PM
shiat. If that puts their noses out of joint, they should see what we do with our leaders in Canada.

2012-04-25 04:18:22 PM
Tell you what lowers the office of the President, getting caught lying about getting a beej, or pretending you were an honorable member of the armed services, or breaking in and ransacking political opponent's offices, or any number of idiot things. Appearing on a variety show is preeeeetty low on the list of disgraceful things.

But, I wonder. Maybe they shouldn't have said he's lowering the office of the President.

Maybe they should have said he's darkening it.

This is Fox & Friends, do you think it matters to them or their viewers?

2012-04-25 05:38:21 PM
Yeah, Obama, why can't you do something dignified at the level of your office like try to give the leader of Germany a shoulder massage at a major economic summit?

At this point, you have to wonder why they didn't ask why President Obama didn't appear on Shields and Yarnell instead...

Steve Doocy ... "grew up in rap."

Wow. These folks are whiter than Wonder Bread.

/What they mean, of course, is that Steve Doocy had "License to Ill" on cassette.

FTA: "I think it's very effective for President Obama," she remarked later. "I personally do not agree with the highest office of the land, the most important figure in the world going on these comedy shows. I think it lowers the status of the office."

What does that even mean? Does he now have -10 hit points at the next UN conference or something?

Personally I think he should have appeared on Soul Train or the Steve Harvey show!

Who gives a fark what a bunch of out of touch conservative jackasses think about anything? The more the world leaves them behind, the quicker they become an afterthought and thing of the past, the better off we all will be.

I wonder how she felt about that hilarious video GWB made of himself giggling as he "searched" the Oval Office for those weapons of mass destruction he never found in Iraq. I realize that openly joking about his lie that cost the lives of thousands of American military personel isn't nearly as serious as the fact that President Obama has the audacity to be a negro, but still.

Luckily Obama cast Bubble before engaging the boss. Also, he used Zeal. So now he's going to get 2x HP, EXP AND half damage from the next hit. Well played Mr. President.

lol, you really expect them to use any semblance of reason, investigative journalism, or intelligent thought before opening their mouths to spew their constant stream of partisan anti-Obama garbage?

There's a lot of diversity on Fox News. Some anchors are honey blonde, some are ash blonde, while others are platinum. You get all colors of the rainbow.

Oh, you didn't hear about that? It was at one of the presidential roasts, I think? Bush poked around the Oval Office, peering under the couch and going "Nope! No Weapons of Mass Destruction here!".

Lemme see if I can find the link:
HAH! A link to the fark thread: Link (pops)

Yes, it's at the correspondant's dinner, where people are supposed to poke fun and let loose. And yeah, people have made that joke before. But, he should *not* have.

"Right now," she began, "a bunch of former presidents are, like, 'Huh? That's what we do now when we're president of the United States?'"

Right now Bill Clinton is having a tug while thinking about how much raw punanny he got after playing saxophone on Arsenio's show.

George Bushes Jr. and Sr. don't stay up late enough to watch Fallon.

So basically, Gretchen Carlson is white-knighting Jimmy Carter with that statement.

"Sock it to me" - RIchard Nixon

"Live from New York. It's Saturday Night!" - Gerald Ford

Yes, Fox News talking heads. The idea of a president going on a popular comedy/variety show is a totally new concept that must have originated in the darkest beating heart of Kenya since it's clearly never been seen in the USA before.

2012-04-25 06:12:54 PM
They're not even sure what it is but they're definitely against. it.

Fifty years of conservative evolution in a nutshell:

1962: "If the government says it's true, that's good enough for me. I don't trust the media."
2012: "If FOXNews says it's true, that's good enough for me. I don't trust the government."

You know, that statement sort of sums up a lot of the Bush Administration, doesn't it?

/Though me made some good decisions towards the end, when he stopped listening to those people.
//Gates was a very, very good choice.
