Dammit subby you're mixing quotes. It's "So say 'goodnight' to the bad guy" and "Say 'hello' to my little friend!"

"The Scarface legend "

I hate it when they use one of the weaker films that an actor is known for to reference that actor.

"The Jack and Jill legend"

That's better.

The Scarface legend has teamed up with fellow veteran star Christopher Walken for the movie, in which two ageing gangsters enjoy one last job.

wow, that sounds like a really original movie you've got there, al! perhaps you need to move more money from your "crawl space" to your "sock drawer."

Apos: I hope watching the movie proves less painful...

Now that's some wishful thinking. Easy way to figure out.
PG-13: It's gonna be garbage.
R: It has a chance to be good.
I'm willing to bet, this is going to have a pg13 rating.

Headline is much funnier if spoken aloud in Pacino's voice.

Came here to say this. Does anyone who's actually scene Scarface (and is over the age 18) actually think it's a good movie? It's absolutely dreadful and one of Pacino's most laughable performances. It's a camp classic. It's Pacino's Mommie Dearest - the movie that turned him into a caricature of himself.

He probably needs firearms training. He burned his hand grabbing a hot gun barrel during the filming of Scarface.

I don't know, it sells a lot of t-shirts, video games and black velvet paintings.

Vice City is the best thing about Scarface.

Ohh, I do too. After hearing about Pacino's cameo in Jack and Jill, it doesn't seem like he wants to do any serious roles anymore, and Walken just looks tired. If they did it right, it would be on par of what it was like to see De Niro and Pacino on the same screen in "Heat."

Agreed. I tried to like it - at least on some level - but can't unfortunately. Hope Al's eye is okay and love the guy's work...

I like it. It's a cinematic opera, with a writer, a director, and a star that are all experts at playing things way over the top. It's excessive to the point of being goofy, but still pretty enjoyable, and for a 3 hour movie, it doesn't feel long at all.

Sorry. I forgot this is Fark and you're not allowed to like anything that isn't Dr. Who, Firefly, or some piece of shiat band that only 50 people have ever seen play.

My official fark response is that because it's popular, I hate it.

You should change your official Fark response because it's retarded.

Who the hell doesn't like Scarface? My god you people are such f'ing weirdos. Even if it's not his greatest role, It's entertaining as hell.

Exactly. "Opera" is the perfect word for it. Even Roger Ebert agrees.
