You're a republican. I don't expect you to know about the laws after you're elected either.

Marcus Aurelius: Senate Republicans are objecting to re-upping the 1994 law, which has already been extended several times, because of amendments that would extend protections for Native American women, gay victims, and others

This is clearly an outrage. Violence against gay people is why we invented Apple pie and freedom.

Well let's be fair, can you really call gay women "women" at all? After all, you now many of , them are adept at handling power tools or playing sports, and are fond of wearing unattrative hair styles and no makeup! In fact there are some of these "women" who, at least if you can believe some of the rumors couldn't tell the difference between a cotillion and spring formal!

And native american Women! Really? IF they are being abused, why don't those Custer-killers go back to the country they came from?!

It's like they're all trying their hardest not to stare at her boobs.

The guy in the whose head is blocked by the old guy in the foreground IS staring at her boobs.

So am I.

Sigh, confession time. I have a cousin who is a GOP Senator in Missouri. Every time I see a headline with anything MO GOP related, I always have to click and chant "pleasedontbekevinpleasedontbekevin". This lady seems to be a normal specimen from them.

actualhuman: For her part, Steelman said in a statement: "Of course I am for stopping violence against women." But she accused Senate Democrats of making the bill a "political football" and said she would would look at "an improved version" of the bill advanced by Republicans.

I don't know what it is, but I'm ag'in it 'til it's advanced by Republicans!

This is what they called rugged individualism.
