On the short hair long hair argument I fall in the "hey if it looks good on them go for it" camp. Looks good on her. Had a co worker who had short hair and looked too damn cute with it. When she grew it out many of us were unhappy with it , it just didnt look right on her head. She did cut it and donated it to locks of love

Yeah, I suggest that you take a look at the one she made out of pop tops before you call this "trivial". She basically wove a full dress with pink ribbon and soda can pull tabs. It's a lot less "trivial" tan taking a stand on an anonymous message board.

Please... Even you attached the modifier "still" to "very cute." You may have managed to convince yourself of the cuteness of the short hair; you may even have friends who, in their effort to support your choice to go with the easy 'do, told you it was cute, but even you know it is less cute than long hair as evidenced by your word choice.

And Aidan, when choosing a spouse, looks were not high up my list. I did happen to marry a long haired lass, however.
