I got hit with a $400 dollar bill last month. About $200 more than typical. The power company was all apologetic and pointed at my meter. I can't really blame them but if I catch the neighbor leeching power from me I'll get all blowy uppy on his ass for sure.

Power company? What's that? I have a five thousand square foot solar area that supplies my entire house with electricity. If it's cloudy, then I simply activate the turbines on my six acre wind farm. If the wind's not blowing either, then I throw the switch on my water wheel, which means I can only run basic systems, but that's enough for me. And if the river is frozen, then I can't use the internet, so I just sit in the dark and tell myself how awesome I am. The size of my carbon footprint only depends on how many beans I had last night. It's a regional thing, and it's actually adherent to the rules and conventions of the English language. You can abbreviate/eliminate any letters or portions of a word so long as the apostrophe is in the right place. Of course, the construction "you all" very rarely fits into a proper sentence structure, but that's not the issue.

You know, I'm all for welfare, absolutely for increasing the minimum wage and I don't know this lady's particular details. But you're struggling to pay $40 a month for rent? You do realize, a single day at minimum wage will pay your rent. Man, you're just killing me.
