No mention of the dandelion salad greens that can be readily picked for free in so many places?

That's not bad, they have BOTH beans and rice. You could survive off of one or the other, but they have both. Probably a refrigerator too.

Rice and beans on their own do not make for balanced eating.

Deadline.com reported last week that Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly, the crown jewels of Fox News, are close to signing new deals that could take them both at least into 2016.

The New York Times said both currently make around $10 million a year, comparable to broadcast anchors. O'Reilly has been a top rated show on Fox News for much of his run, with Hannity a solid No. 2. It's unknown how much they'll be making this go around though a renewal deal is likely to be wrapped up soon.

Don't forget to have that with a corn tortilla, that way you'll get your calcium.

Congratulations, America. You have now officially become Mexico.

As much as I hate the slimy bag of shiat that is Hannity (and it is very much), the point is true that poor and even hungry people in America still have it a lot better than people in places where there is literally no food and people are literally dying in the streets from starvation.

Hannity sucks, anyway.

That fact is true, but what conclusion can you draw from it? The poor have it better than they do in North Korea, so... vote Republican?

NEVER vote Republican.

I guess my only conclusion is that it sucks to have been born in Sub-Sahara Africa. America is lucky that we can help the poor and I believe we have a moral obligation to do so.

This is farking AMERICA. It should not be considered a luxury to have electricity or a refrigerator or something other than beans and rice to eat every day. This goes back to that stupid Pew Poll saying Republicans have more empathy than Democrats. They simply do not.

Because we have social programs to assist the poor and needy, that Hannity and his ilk want abolished. So I'm not sure what his point is.

That we don't need as many social programs to assist the poor so long as their standard of living is higher than that of South Sudan? That may be what he's saying.

He wouldn't be on the air if he was lying so blatantly. There has to be some truth to what he says. How could a man raise a family, host a radio and TV show and be so out of touch? I say he may not be. This should be investigated.

We are a country filled with idiots who believe what they are told, and buy into the images given them by their political heroes.

The woman who broke her back in a train accident and is on disability doesn't exist. All the people receiving assistance or being helped by the safety net are drug-addled welfare queens, black or hispanic, with 14 kids, smack habits and regular periods of incarceration for stealing from white people.

Just guessing.

That's the kind of logic that works when you're using only 10% of your brain, like Hannity's audience.

Paraphrasing what I said above: I only meant that we should be aware of the people so unlucky to have been born in Sub-Sahara Africa. In America, we can help the poor and I believe we have a moral obligation to do so.

Too bad Hannity and his ilk try to cloud men's minds to simple morality.

It's a mix of a few things. Wedge issues are one, some people lump the party line as one. "Damnit, everything the right says must be right, cause I don't want them queers getting married!" Some of it's greed, the people who already have theirs and don't want any of it going to anyone else, OR people who are poor but under some half formed notion that some day they will be rich, so they need to make sure they don't get taxed too much.

In all cases, it's a basic lack of any empathy. Maybe they don't know enough people, or they live in their own little world.

Don't blame Fox, they're only filling a demand that is already there.

That is the picture that they must keep in their heads. It's the same way they look at Obama as this evil socialist muslim hell bent on destruction. They have to make themselves believe that they are fighting against evil people doing evil things. If they actually looked at reality that would implode.

Sean Hannity can chose on a bucket of scabby diseased dicks. This is the USA. No one should have to struggle to eat or have a place to live. We go around the world crowing about how farking great we are, "greatest country in the world blah blah blah," yet we treat our own citizens like crap if they don't conform to our narrow view of who is deserving.

It is AMERICA. Everyone should have the basics. If you want the Escalade, the 6 million dollar home, the collection of 500 vintage guitars, then you go for it. Strive, succeed beyond your wildest dreams--but not by farking others out of the basic necessities of life.

When did it get to the point in this country that simply pointing out the incongruity of saying we are the greatest on the planet while being a huge debtor nation with the 37th ranked health care* and 40 million homeless* meant you deny American exceptionalism and hate your nation?

Wasn't everybody sucking Fidel Castro's cock when he (supposedly) bought everyone in Cuba a rice cooker? Granted, all they had to eat was rice and his country was so poor under his rule that his citizens couldn't afford to buy rice cookers on their own, but at least now they were able to cook rice.

Well, Fidel Castro has a paradise of just social programs and no one even has their own rice cookers until Fidel buys them one.

NASA just ended the space program. So the government is getting out of the space business. The dirty little secret? We are going to have more space exploration as a result of this. All because of the private sector. Look at what Google announced over the weekend.

Hannity should come visit the kids in my school sometime. We provide fresh fruit in every classroom, and for some kids, it's the only meal they get everyday. That's right - the piece (or two) of fruit they get is the only meal they will eat that day.

Fark off, Hannity.

2012-04-24 04:48:26 PM
I went to the same high school Sean Hannity did. I didn't really know him but I know he had a nickname; Skippy. I hung out with a different group of people. One day I was walking home and I heard someone yell "Hey, asshole!" I turned around and he was about twenty feet behind me. When I turned, he turned his head real quick and tried to act like it wasn't him. I shrugged it off and kept walking. A few minutes here it is again, hey asshole. So I tuned around again and again he looked away and pretended it wasn't him. Now, I don't know what his problem was because I didn't know him. And besides that, I'm what you would call a little person; also I use crutches because I was born with only one leg. Again I started home and a few minutes later, sure enough, he yelled it again. This time I turned and started walking back toward him. He looked panicked and turned to run, but tripped over a crack in the sidewalk. I walked up to him and he was crying like a baby. It was disgusting. "What a baby," I said. Then I smashed his teeth out with my crutch and turned around and went home.
