That's nothing. I wrecked Subby's mom, and her swamp beaver is a lot bigger than 3 feet.

Man, if those RSPCA idiots think killing a giant rat is cruel, wait until they find out where their hamburgers come from.

I think that thing is a muskrat. For some reason the polish catholics in southern(downriver) Detroit eat them on Fridays instead of fish.

Yeah, that's Christ-like.

Muskrat, Muskrat, candle light
Doin' the town and doin' it right in the evenin'
It's pretty pleasin'
Muskrat Suzie, Muskrat Sam
Do the jitterbug at a Muskrat Land
And they shimmy, Sam is so skinny
And they whirl and they twirl and they tango
Singin' and jinglin' a jangle
Float like the heavens above
Looks like Muskrat Love
Nibblin' on bacon
Chewin' on cheese
Sam says to Suzie
Honey, would you please be my Mrs
Suzie says, yes, with her kisses
Now, he's ticklin' her fancy
Rubbin' her toes
Muzzle to muzzle
Now anything goes as they wriggle
Sue starts to giggle
And they whirled and they twirled and they tango
Singin' and jinglin' a jangle
Floatin' like the heavens above
Looks like muskrat love

Really, you are quoting Primus and even bother asking Fark if it is obscure.
Good, appropriate quote...shoddy execution. Nice effort, though.

To be fair, it's off Tales from the Punchbowl....not like it's from Sailing the Seas of Cheese or Pork Soda.

I was really making a value judgment about that particular album - subtly implying that Tales from the Punchbowl might be obscure even though Primus isn't because it was (in my opinion) their worst album by a mile. (And not in the "Primus sucks!" way)

I grew up in Florida, fishing year round in fresh and salt water, and while I've seen all sorts of other land and water critters, I never saw a nutria until driving through Arkansas... a BIG one was standing on the side of the road, upright like a kangaroo, but with a long rat tail. I had no idea what it was! My husband didn't catch sight of it. He thought I was seeing things, and proceeded to give me a hard time about it (which, of course, I'd have done to him had it been him who caught sight of a giant roadside kangaroo rat). A waitress at a truck stop finally told us what it was.

Yes, and Too Many Puppies is from Frizzle Fry. What does that have to do with Wynona's Big Brown Beaver, which is from the album Tales From the Punchbowl?

Maybe my younger days recollection is off, but wasn't Wynona's Big Brown Beaver basically the one Primus song MTV tried to cram down everybody's throat when it came out? When it didn't blow up they were tossed aside like a bag of moldy tangerines...

/Point being: that song is more likely to be recognized by city folk than most others

Jerry Was a Racecar Driver and My Name is Mud were both pushed pretty hard. I didn't notice a push on Wynona's like there was for "Under the Bridge" by the Chili Peppers, for example. But I didn't watch as much MTV by the time Punchbowl came out, so I may have just missed it.
