1) Most weddings occur in the summer.
2) Many babies are born 9 months after a honeymoon.

Hey, if it's true, a lot of people could end up with Irish twins, 'cause Carmageddon 2 is coming this summer. I love this city sometimes.

Yeah, I'm thinking this will rank up there with Superbowl wife beatings as something everyone knows happened even though it didn't.

I remember where I was on Carmageddon...

They should have just taken extra birth control that day.

Yeah, to top it off the survey didn't have an X, cancel, or No, Thank You... it had an "Answer Later" button.

==================

As for the article under the survey.
When the 35W bridge here in Twin Cities, MN went down, it screwed traffic up big time. Not only did that route immediately go down, but all the detours choked very quickly. One bypass route , MN-280 was completely torn up and redone to handle the increased traffic (of which the redoing caused more traffic as well.)

I recall many people staying home from work on the day that bridge went down, and for a few days afterwards. The detours just weren't worth the effort. I'm wondering if there are any baby statistics for that incident as well.

Definitely. I still have fond memories of playing the original Carmageddon's demo with a hack that removed the demo time limit.
I wasn't a big fan of two, and I had no idea there was a three.

Too stupid to keep it zipped up?

I like having sex with my girl because it's fun, pleasurable, and a lot better than playing cards or pulling weeds.

If you consider pulling weeds better than having sex with your significant other, then you should consider the possibility that your relationship sucks.

Remember those sweet, warm New England summers? Remember sipping lemonade underneath a shady tree? Remember when you hit that pedestrian with your car at the crosswalk and then just drove away?

Pepperidge Farm remembers, but Pepperidge Farm ain't just gonna keep it to Pepperidge Farm's self free of charge. Maybe you go out and buy yourself some of these distinctive Milano cookies, maybe this whole thing disappears.

The original devs would like you to continue not knowing the third game exists.

I look forward to that actually getting released. There's no apparent information at that page giving an idea how far they are along, but that was a great game.

I loved that series (and miss it terribly).

The tag line was the best. Racing game for the chemically imbalanced indeed.

3 was pretty good. A little darker and grittier and detailed. 2 almost seemed it played smoother, but that may have just been my computer back then.

I thought about obtaining one or the other for my laptop, but meh, need dosbox to run 2, don't know about 3, but I ran out of fuel while looking for a DL for it(May still have the disk but I'm sure it's scratched to hell).

Reincarnation stands a decent chance of ending up on my machines if it's not too system heavy.

Baby boom stories like this are always myths. There is no evidence to support them. They are all based on the original 1965 NY blackout story, which has been thoroughly debunked.

"like this" means from a one or few days event. I wasn't talking about a million horny soldiers coming home from years at war.
