Lane Garrison, who was a regular on the television show "Prison Break," was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence and a parole violation, Beverly Hills police said Monday.

Police were called Saturday to the 300 block of North Palm Drive in response to a report that the actor was allegedly involved in a domestic violence incident, but he had left before police showed up.

Officers returned Sunday after learning that Garrison was on his way back to the Palm Drive residence, where he was taken into custody upon arrival.

Garrison, who was arrested without incident, is being held in the Beverly Hills jail.

The arrest comes almost three years after Garrison, now 31, was released from state prison after serving less than half of a three-year, four-month sentence for a Beverly Hills drunk-driving crash in 2006 that killed a teenage boy.
