If I went into your house and watched your tv i would go to jail for breaking and enterning because they are your tv shows and if i watch them without your permission that is stealing

So if you do the same on an apple tv there is no reason you should not be punished by the law

I think the iTV will dominate high-end TVs the way the Apple TV dominated net-enabled set-top boxes.
