I will not participate in this sexism. If I do not womanize for the sake of womanizing, I am called a pussy. If I am a gentleman, I am called a pushover. If I do not believe in misogyny, I'm a "beta male". If I treat a lady as I believe she should be treated, as an equivalent human being to myself, I am called a "nice guy" and I will finish last.

I'm not sure the ladies understand that shows like Mad Men (only thing coming to mind right now) purely exemplify everything they fought against, and yet they fawn over the characters in the show. It's only been less than 40 years since the feminist movement (more or less), and we're seeing a complete reversal of trend. Women call this blatant whoring "empowering", but I call a spade a spade. You're a strumpet, and you're being used, like a tool.

The sexiest women I know are independent, powerful, intelligent, and original. They do not confine themselves to society's expectations, but they sure as hell don't strut along like a hussy just to get what they want, because they are already able to do so on their own merit.

Smart women are the sexiest to me because they know what they want, and they know how to get it. There's been a serious disconnect, a break in continuity the last 10-15 years. I've observed it, and I was just wondering if anyone else had as well.

And I'll even go so far as to say that women cheat on men FAR more than men cheat on women, you'll just never hear about it, because they keep their mouths shut...and/or they can always play the "victim" so it was never their fault to begin with. Getting married and then getting a divorce 2 years later is en vogue. fark. '

We are human beings, we all have flaws. Men are stupid. Women are stupid. Men are excellent. Women are excellent.

//Lame excuse, but seriously I think it has a lot to do with television, movies, and popular music. They have culturally shaped today's young woman to think she needs to be a whore to be cool. Why would you go to grad school if you could just bounce your fine ass in a rap video. You'd be more popular, you'd get more attention (which women surely love). And hell, I'd almost have to agree...but I mean plain janes are so out of style that they are IN STYLE to me.
