Hey NOW! How dare you insult such leaders!

Spider Monkeys live in quite organized socieities and the poo throwing at least follows the established rules of decorum and constitution.

Back in the '80s. my GF of the time and I went to a conference in Milwaukee. Born and raised in SoCal and a size 10, she said, "This is the first time in my life I've felt skinny."

IrateShadow: zedster: nope, Waukesha cannot fire Nicholas so they are rerouting the votes to GAB in a run around her

How can they not fire her? She's demonstrated for at least two elections now that she is criminally unfit for her job.

County clerks are an elected position in Wisconsin. It's stupid, I know.

They could, in theory, recall her, but since Democrats started using that part of the democratic process all of the hard right wingers in the suburban hellhole of Waukesha think it's evil. So instead, the Waukesha County Executive is just giving the responsibilities to somebody else until she can be ousted, which I believe is this November.

Hardly, although, again, Wisconsin is just harvesting the fruits of their votes. We've been through this before, but Walker winning the recall be a fine reminder to the good citizens to take their votes seriously. A good number of folks (IMO, I'm seriously not trolling) don't change their habits unless they've have their noses rubbed in their own shiat, figuratively speaking of course.

From the looks of things right now he's gonna beat the recall unless the Dems finally decide to get real and field a decent candidate. I dig Wisconsin, but this was a monumental fark up on their part to elect this clown.

My post may have been incoherent, but it wasn't an attempt at trolling.

Unions have organized and threatened boycotts of companies if they appeared to support Walker in any way. That includes small business who tried to stay neutral, and wouldn't post pro-union flyers, and businesses that were looking to move to Wisconsin. There is a toxic political atmosphere in Wisconsin, and much of that is fueled by national Union money as they attempt to not only make an example of Scott Walker, but the entire state of Wisconsin. It's obvious that many of the groups operating here couldn't give a rats ass about the state or the people in it. They are working to secure their own power base; in this state and nationally.

Is it no wonder that companies would avoid Wisconsin like the plague? And no, I don't blame Walker for what's going on here. I blame desperate union thugs who are hell bent on holding onto a system who's time has past. They are the ones who would sacrifice not only the people of Wisconsin, but Wisconsin Union members to maintain their power.

Perhaps this makes me an idiot in your mind, instead of a troll. So be it; I'm proud to ride the short bus!

Thank God that Walker and his supporters never accept any of that tainted national money. They only accept donations from people in Wisconsin who care deeply about what is best fro the common people of Wisconsin, right? It;s not like Scott Walker is running all over the country raising funds from out of state groups or anything.

Yes, vilify the unions, that's what companies want.

They want you to forgo the protection and power collective bargaining grants the otherwise powerless worker.

Why is it, instead of people trying to get the same protections and benefits the union guys have, they direct their hate at unions, instead of the bosses with 100x-300x the salary Joe Blow is getting?

I have little problem with the boss getting a lot more than the guy working the line, as long as the guy on the line was getting pay commensurate with his productivity.

motherjones.com

This is not sustainable, and is the source of much of our woes, especially when you couple the easy availability of credit people were using to make up for the wage gap.

snerk. 3.2 million? The total money dumped into the state of Wisconsin by national union groups was estimated to be about 20 million last year. At least that much will be dumped into the state as the Unions try for Scott Walker's head this year.

And yes national groups on both sides will be running ads and spending money by the truck load this year. It's because both side know that if Walker is recalled, it will be a defining moment for the labor movement. The failure or success of the recall is either the beginning of the unions death throes, or it's rebirth.

Oh, fark you and that stupid argument. No, we can't all be on Government support or working for the government, dipshiat. We also can't be selling off our goddamn public utilities to the Koch brothers or selling ourselves out the free market. There's a balance and Walker and his cronies are screwing the pooch. Why does Wisconsin and how many other states need to pass the same goddamn legislation? You know what attracts good companies? A good work force. When you cut everything to the bone, sell off the public utilities and make it so one group of billionaire donors get first choice, that will attract appx. zero jobs.
If you think Walker is doing Wisconsin any good, you are a sucker. Bringing jobs back to Wisconsin doesn't farking mean destroying the middle class so the Koch Industries can have a ready made underclass of minimum wage employees.

He's really, really farked up Wisconsin. He's also divided the state so badly that it's splitting friends and family. Booting his ass out of office would begin the recovery.

/See folks, THIS is Union Derangement Syndrome in action. This idiot is willing to cut off his nose to spite his face just so he can "stick it to the libs".

Do you live in Wisconsin? Do you remember what eight years of governor Doyle was like?
Wisconsin is at a cross roads, we will either become another basket case state that slowly disintegrates financially like Illinois or Michigan, or we can work with businesses to bring jobs back to Wisconsin.

We can't all be either on government support or working for the government.

With that inane, "concerned" plea you just offered, you made one thing clear - the only basket case in this thread is you.

adamgreeney: BigBooper: Because People in power are Stupid: BigBooper: Lets see:

Step one: have one of the biggest political tantrums in decades
Step two: Attack and threaten any business that might move to Wisconsin
Step three: Blame Walker for the effects of step three

Yep, Damn that Scott Walker!

/can we blame him for Wisconsin being cold?

You are sooo bad at trolling. You've got to be more antagonistic towards particular individuals.

Next time work Obama Fartbongo into the equation.

0/10 troll attempt.

/here's a depressing thought: my vote counts as much as yours

None of that actually happened. You're lying. You seem to forget that some of us live in Wisconsin.

Naahh Aahhhh!! It's right here in black and white!

You mean governors that fix fiscal problems. He is so awful..

Because the goal of government should be to balance the budget.

Umm, yes. At least have a balanced budget so our civilization doesnt collapse.
