These "Libertarian" economic policies have never worked the way that their supporters say they work.

Lower Taxes for the Rich + remove social safety nets-> A Miracle Happens -> The economy booms!

It's damn hard to get better free deep-fried cheese curds than you can get in Wisconsin, though. Damn hard.

Lol... If that's the ride, I think I'd rather walk.

I thought the governor taking away the right of gay people to visit loved ones in the hospital would lead to thousands of jobs. What happened?

Come to my neck of the woods. Our cheese curd is so good if you put a piece on top of your head your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to it.

"We're Wisconsin",,, Ugh, that just sounds retarded, even if grammatically correct.

Any day now the Koch brothers will be opening factories and distribution centers in Wisconsin to put all those hard-working Americans to work. Because that's what happens when you cut taxes on the job creators--they create jobs!

That's a scary, yet probably true statement. What irks me are the commercials Walker's camp runs with teachers and small business owners praising his policies. It's as if they don't realize that his policies hurt them. Were they even paying attention once he stepped into office? I mean, it was a big hulabaloo, with marches on the capital, Democratic congresspeople sneaking off to Illinois to hide out, and everything. Just makes me shake my head.

Because the goal of government should be to balance the budget.

Governor Walker makes me ashamed and I don't even live in Wisconsin. In Indiana we had the exact same issue come up (and our Democrats left the State as well). The difference was that we ALL called bullshiat here so the Republican Governor took it off the table.

When you're out of work, sometimes a little SuperPAC cash helps tide things over. It just takes a few hours of your time and you need to sign a performance waiver.

WTF is with Walker and Brewer being a couple of the worst governors and neither has a degree. Is there some sort of correlation?

I don't want to sound like an elitist, but I would want the highest ranking official in my state to have at least a semblance of an education.

To be fair, he has been recieving on-the-job training from ALEC since he took office. The Sith usually prefer direct mentorship over traditional institutionalized education.

Step one: have one of the biggest political tantrums in decades
Step two: Attack and threaten any business that might move to Wisconsin
Step three: Blame Walker for the effects of step three

Yep, Damn that Scott Walker!

Step 2: Watch in shocked (Shocked I say!) amazement as they govern like a bunch of retarded spider monkeys

Wisconsin is getting everything they deserve. See also, Ohio, NC, Florida, etc. Maybe next time their voters will pull their thumb out of their asses and do some modicum of research into who they're electing. This shiat is predictable as the rising sun.

How did Wisconsin get the rap of being full of fat people? It's ranked the #25 state in obesity rate, which is, obviously, in the middle of the pack.

CSB time.

My girlfriend is a food scientist and had to visit one of her company's processing plants in Wisconsin. The plant is in the middle of nowhere and the only place to grab some breakfast is a truck-stop style diner.

So my girlfriend, at a somewhat average height and weight, decides to get some breakfast one morning at this diner. She sits down, and within a few minutes, someone asks her, "You aren't from here, are you?". "No, how did you know?", she asked. And he replied, "Because you could fit through that door. We like to fatten our women up so they can't leave the house."

She said she felt like Liz Lemon when she went to Cleveland.
