You know, the communism thing makes sense in context. In the cold war era, lots of families had just hit the middle class. There was real fear there. You just finally got a house that you own. It belongs to you! Do you want the reds taking it away? You worked hard for that!

But now, the same threat holds no weight. What are they going to take away? Your $100,000 in student loan debt? Your unpaid internship? The chicken has been farked to death and they are still thrusting.

So I had to say I believe in science -- and people on stage look at you quizzically as though you're ... an oddball.

Because in the years after that we were told we were going to be killed by weapons of mass destruction, then following that we got throw into at least two wars. Our rights were stripped, our treasure taken, our debts quadrupled, our education doubled, our pay was cut, our jobs were taken and then we were told it was all happening to us because .... we're lazy.

So yea, tell me again, after everything our parents have done to us; just why the hell would I fear a Communist?
