I had donkey meat dumplings while I was in Tianjin in 2008. Probably the best meat I've ever had.

Also, when in China, don't ask questions and just eat it if your host puts it in front of you. 99% of the time, it's awesome.

yep, both are good, though I find the texture of cabeza to be a bit off putting, but donkey is much better.

A sushi place near my home used to have a special roll whose name I can't submit without getting filterpwned, but suffice it to say it was successful and attractive, in an urban way.

It didn't have any ingredients representative of stereotypical successful attractive urban cuisine, so I was completely baffled as to why it was named that way.
