Y'now, these just aren't that rare. They made at least 3000 of 'em. I wouldn't even want to make you an offer on it. Why don't you take it and give it to your grandkids to play with.

Hmm. I'm not sure, but I'm worried that it might be a 517 AD Buddha. The year 517 AD was the thousandth anniversary of the Buddha's death, and they made tons of statues commemorating that. If it's not from 517, it could be worth a lot, but if it's from 517, the best I could offer you is scrap clay price, which isn't very much. Let me call my buddy, he's an expert on Buddha statues, we'll get him over here and when I know what it is, I can figure out if I can make you an offer at all.

traylor: Oh, it's getting worse. This one will not even compile. You are missing a ',' and misplaced a '.'.
And what are you counting? Buddahs, really?

I had to hand maintenance over to my intern Manuel, You will have top excuse him he's from Barcelona.
I'll have him issue a new patch as soon as he gets back from walking his Siberian Hamster.

You forgot the heading '♫', your comment is invalid.
Also, should have used only one printf, and should have avoided using a one-letter identifier.

Well, excavating and cleaning Buddha statues ain't easy, is it?

Oddly enough, Buddha would have been considered an Iranian by todays reckoning.

He was also a bad-ass warrior type. Definitely not a fat Asian dude.

Suspect sculptors of the time were fat Asian dudes....
