Microsoft is releasing Halo 4 on November 6th in a not-so subtle attempt to marginalize the 18-24 male demographic in the presidencial election.

Yes, because that's the most logical explanation. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that the 6th is a Tuesday, the day when new games almost always drop.

Yes, but why THAT Tuesday...

Come on SHEEPLE!

Don't be surprised if the super evil villain in Halo 4 looks a lot like Jay Leno.

Late night talk shows are always better on the PC.

So Frank O'Connor is at 343 industries. That explains his absence from the Bungie podcast.

/I just wish they would release new episodes

The Masturbating Bear would be a better addition.

Conan doesn't own the rights to that anymore...it is the self-pleasuring panda.

Well, Andy Richter controls the Universe.

Great TV show, wrong TV station

Conan is about a half-step away from flipping burgers for a living.

The thing is, he'd film it and have a blast doing it.

Assuming he's managed to spend every penny of the 12 or so million he's been making per year for the last couple years then yeah, I could totally see that. If you're just suggesting he may soon be out of a job, that is within the realm of possibility.

As for TFA, this is great news for the Halo franchise. Just like with kids movies, you know when they start trumpeting the big names involved in the project there's just no way it can't be awesome. Everyone knows that quality voice work makes up for an otherwise hopelessly shiatty product.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. First of all, it wasn't voice acting, since Hamill was actually filmed. Second, WC 3 and 4 were the only good FMV games ever made.

Like Patrick Stewart in Oblivion, or J. K. Simmons in Portal 2. Stupid celebrities doing voicework in crappy popular games. They should stick to Nolan North so that we know the game is quality.

They weren't funny the first round. They weren't funny the second round. They still aren't funny. They will probably never be funny.

Get real jobs, you farking clowns. That's the only way you will ever learn to be funny.

I don't getting a real job will help anyone learn to be funny. I know many people with 'real jobs' and a lot of them are real downers.

And yet you find Men in Black 2 so funny you devote your identity to one of its gags. Or let me guess: you were being hip and ironic?

Odd, I thought the topic was Conan, not me. Nice try at redirecting though. See, I never claimed to be either funny or entertaining. Whether I am or not has no bearing on the fact that Conan is about to get shiat-canned from a third-rate Canadian network. The only network in North America willing to hire him, btw. Bottom line is that while he is a remarkably great writer, he is just not all that effective at entertaining. Period. If he was, he would be able to hold a long-term job as an entertainer. He can't. Luckily for him he was able to be in it long enough to make enough to live off of, but he is this decade's version of Arsenio Hall, and he will disappear just as thoroughly and be just as unmemorable. This Halo gig is the last decent money he will ever see.

Balchinian:

the fact that Conan is about to get shiat-canned from a third-rate Canadian network.

Conan ratings rise 27% TBS Renews show through 2014

The only network in North America willing to hire him, btw.

Only if you don't count FOX, HBO, USA, or FX

If he was, he would be able to hold a long-term job as an entertainer. He can't.

Except for those 16 years he hosted his own show on NBC

He is this decade's version of Arsenio Hall, and he will disappear just as thoroughly and be just as unmemorable.

Considering Arsenio barely lasted about 5 years and Conan has been succesfully working in TV for 25 years, this statement is laughable.

This Halo gig is the last decent money he will ever see.

If you don't count the $30 million or so he is still contacted to make from TBS

With that many blatant errors in one comment I have to assume you're just trolling, but just in case someone takes you seriously, I wanted to correct everything you got wrong.
