Nope. According to the Constitution, it makes him super-extra foreign and doubly Muslim.

I'm confused.

The headline seems to say that Obama's Lawyer admitted that the birth certificate was a forgery.

However, the article does not seem to say that at all.

?

That 'article' hurt my head, so I couldn't read it all. But I'm assuming it's crap, anyway, since I haven't heard about any of this on a real news source.

Maybe its because we're sick of the birther bullshiat, and would rather it get ignored into oblivion instead greenlit.
Or maybe thats just me.

Look, most of us are farking tired of this utterly disproved bullshiat and don't even really care to mock it anymore. We just hate the idiots who keep bringing it up. There are much funnier and newer things to mock.

Correct. They only part is this: "The image of obama's alleged 1961 Certificate of Live Birth is a rank digital hoax which was never intended by counterfeiters to serve as legal evidence of his eligibility, according to Obama defense attorney Alexandra Hill."

Note that is NOT a quote. They quote NOTHING from the attorney.

WHY am I posting to this thread and getting involved in the derp I've avoided for nearly 4 years???? ARGH!

Unfortunately, he was born BEFORE that clarification was made in the law. At the time of his birth, citizenship of your parents did not automatically make you a citizen. I think you could be nationalized at 18, however. Of course, he did not do so. (Because he didn't have to but tell the mouth breathers that.)

I can only guess that this is what the birthers are all worked up about. Here's the actual details:

About two-thirds of the way through the hearing, Hill admitted in open court something that no lawyer for the Obama campaign has ever admitted. Obama never furnished a true copy of his birth certificate to the New Jersey Secretary of State. Furthermore, the PDF file that the White House has served to the Internet since April 27, 2012, is not relevant to the case in any way.

Hill conceded this point after Apuzzo tried to call Brian Wilcox, an expert document analyst. He was ready to show that no one could rely on the PDF file as a substitute for a hard-copy long-form birth certificate. But Judge Masin said at once that neither he nor Secretary of State Kim Guadagno had ever seen a birth certificate, whether on paper, as a PDF file, or on the Internet. He told Apuzzo that calling Wilcox would be "premature."

Then Masin turned to Hill and asked her directly:

Is it your legal position that the document on the Internet is irrelevant to this case?

Hill replied, "Yes." Masin then asked:

And indeed you concede that Mr. Obama has not produced an alleged birth certificate to the Secretary of State.

Hill at first said, "It has been released nationally," but then admitted that she did not know personally that Obama had given any such document to the Secretary of State, nor did she intend giving such a document to the court today. But she also argued, after Judge Masin asked her repeatedly, that Obama need not produce any evidence at all.

In other words, the lawyers didn't go around to every single state and show birth certificates. It was released to the country as a whole.

Near as I can tell, this "satire" piece has something to do with a Washington Examiner post about an objection filed with the New Jersey Board of Elections and the "shocking" revelations brought about from Eric Franco "Obama" Soetoro's lawyer.

I provide the link not because it offers anything new or particularly hilarious from the birther camp, but because the photo of the blogger-patriot who broke this bombshell needs to be seen to be believed.

Partially correct.

It's not just the fact that Stanley Ann Dunham was a US citizen at the time of Barack Obama's birth, but also that she met the other two requirements: she lived in the US for at least 5 years, and at least 2 of those 5 years happened on or after her 14th birthday.

This means Obama would be a natural-born citizen of the US whether he was born in Honolulu, Nairobi, the Kremlin, the south pole or the moon.

/note that the 5/2/14 requirement only applies to children of one citizen parent and one non-citizen parent
//if both parents are US citizens, the child is automatically a US citizen even if neither parent had spent a single day on US soil

Is this where we can start asking questions about Romney's heritage? If his granddad fled the country so that he could have multiple wives, which wife was Romney's dad from? If it's not the first, then would citizenship transfer? When his dad came back over the border and had Mitt but didn't have citizenship, would that make Mitt an anchor baby?

I knew it was a joke when it said Obama had to be artificially endowed.
