Came looking to see if Katy Perry was #1, disappointed she's not. Seriously, she has more talent than ANY top act out there right now. Listen to her Unplugged stuff from a few years ago. Listen to the acoustic version of 'The One That Got Away' and there is some actual, pure-bred talent.

/I also heard of half this list, subby

That was the most laughably bad list of 30 anything, ever posted anywhere, by anyone, in the history of ever.

What a shiatty list. If you like half of those pop-tarts you deserve to have your eardrums punched out with chopsticks. Srsly.

ugh, most of that list sucked. I know 24 of them and most of them should be nowhere near a "greatest" list, unless you are making a list of attention whores.

I've heard about all but three. I like only one of them.

Music reached its all-time historical peak when I was at my most emotionally-vulnerable point during puberty. Fact.

So full of fail.

Why not just watch "the Voice" to be up to date on the next big act that they'll shove down your throat... then declare Michael Jackson to be the greatest political song writer ever.
