Whew, that's a relief! I was worried.

I thought "5-25-77" was a porno referring to my ex's measurements!

Oh my god get over it, people. Find a new obsession. Please.

I was actually wondering what happened to this thing the other day. I can't say that the enthusiasm is as high as when it was first announced.

...or "How a 35 year old film can still get daily headlines on Fark".

I liked it too, but can we move on someday?

This guy should spend more time working on making one decent film rather than making a movie that chronicles what led him to want to make films in the first place.

Does the Pinto blow up at the end of the movie?

Yeah. I'm a huge Star Wars fan, and I never-- That is NEVER-- watch movies about Star Wars fans, Star Wars fandom, or anything of the sort.

I don't care about other fans. F♥ck them. They're not "speaking to me" in any way, shape, or form. All they're doing is cashing on on Star Wars without actually infringing on Star Wars intellectual property. They can bite me.

I'm kinda wondering if any big Star Wars movies will be made after Lucas gets tossed into a Sarlacc. The universe has a lot of great story potential (shown in the books, games, and sporadically in the movies) with a good director, writer, and crew of editors.

That sounds totally farking boring

The saga continues after the jump.

I have no comment on the film, but people who continue to use this phrase need to a good, hard punch in the cock.

NOTE: This story originally went up with the film's title being '77. It was then revealed the title has now officially be changed back to 5-25-77. Those changes have been made.

Those words have been written.

Seriously, dude, pad your articles much?

I too, am sick of the "after the jump" phrase being used in these articles lately. What the dark does that even mean?

Blog sites like this usually have a "header" for a paragraph or two, usually limited to about 500 characters. Bloggers can say as much as they want to, but anything over the "header" is put in the full body but not show to anyone reading the aggregation. "After the Jump" is shorthand for "Hey! If you wanna read the rest of this, click here!" Since Fark links directly to the full body of the blog piece, "after the jump" is therefore meaningless to us.

Ah yes, my favorite game show, The $25,000 per Year Pyramid.

Thats my BIRTHDAY to the YEAR

I don't know if Hamill would show up, but I'd pay to see a movie about the Yuuzhan Vong invasion. Get Whedon to write and direct, and ensure we see Chewie bite it in the end.

fatkidinabeenie: Thats my BIRTHDAY to the YEAR

TIL I was born on the 10th anniversary of Star Wars. And I share a bday with fatkidinabeenie.

...and I share a bday with Peggy Olsen from Mad Men, the episode of which I watched last night. How very odd.

Couldn't they just takes the clips of Eric from that 70's show that sums it all up nicely.
