For tonight I'm gonna say let's go Caps, Rangers, and Blues!

Crap, forgot both East games start at 7:30, thought one started at 7. Guess I have time to do a few things. Back soon!

Also, someone needs to print out a Mitt Romney one too! Remember, he hates both parties!

Up to my eyeballs in video editing right now... and I just can't get the goddamn audio to equalize when I export it for web. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

See you folks for game time!

Also, this sucks. Don't kick your computer really hard to try and fix it, it only makes things worse.

Figured it out... Damn Art Director won't spring for Final Cut, so I'm doing all of this in Quicktime Pro. Pure joy, it is.

My allegience can be bought with just some pretty words, since I only half hazardly follow the Wild.

The Capitals. Like your Vikings, thety've never won the big one. They also seem to be getting screwed over by officiating, seeing as how Thomas is getting away with murder on the ice, and Holtby get's whistled for breathing funny. Plus the B's are a bunch of physical fighters, whereas teh Caps are a gutless streak of offensive juggernatry that only haphazardly shows up in the play-offs.

Plus, rooting against Boston is good for the soul.

In the other games, root for as many OTs as possible so the teams are dead for the second round.

Show up tonight?

I was actually amazed at the defence he was playing late last game. I think I even saw him go down to block a Chara shot! I hope he'll grow tired of it and revert back to his usual self.

He sometimes wakes up for entire series' at a time.

Of course. Putting up points. Has one of the best wrist shots I ever seen. But he's never been confused as a two way player, right?

Ouch...that doesn't sound like much fun. I spent around a year using a P4 machine when everyone else had Core 2 Duos or better, I was never allowed to bring people over to show them something, they all complained about how long it took. Eventually the IT guy left and I got his work as well as mine and I built myself a nice new machine, horray!

Good luck tonight, I'm really enjoying watching your series.

What's the difference between Brown'shiat and Rome'shiat last year?

Brown didn't hit Henrik in the head?

Neither did Rome.

Really? I must be blind or something. Go to 0:35 of this video (Link (new window)) and tell me Horton doesn't get hit in the head.

soopey: change1211: What's the difference between Brown'shiat and Rome'shiat last year?

One had corn?

/I love the fark filters.

Jeez, the filter owned me pretty hard there.
Ha!

I was just basing what I said off of what the NHL said

"The defenseman was suspended for four games for delivering a late hit to Boston Bruins forward Nathan Horton in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final, the National Hockey League announced Tuesday afternoon."

I honestly couldn't see a hit to the head on that hit and I was under the impression the injury game from Horton's head striking the ice, like Sedin's head did last night.

Also to add: It looks to me Rome definitely hit Horton in the head, but it doesn't look like a direct target (like, say, Neal vs 3-4 Flyers in the 3rd period). It also looked much later than Brown on Sedin, but again, that's all a matter of perception and not based on any forensic evidence.

Also, Sedin played the rest of the game. Now, how he made it back into the game baffles the mind, but he made it back nonetheless. It doesn't wipe out any of the past incidents of diving and whatnot, but you gotta give him mad props for taking a hit like that and returning for a full 2.5 minute shift.

No kidding, I think it's a good response to people saying the Sedins don't play with any heart. I was surprised they didn't make him go sit in the quiet room for a while, that bonk on the head didn't look like it was all that much fun.

I don't need any luck... I'm just parking my ass on a couch with a beer. : )

Now the Bruins, I expect they may need some luck, and a lot more grit, and for the love of god, get some bodies in the face of, around, on top of, below, to either side of this Holbty kid. He's having way too easy of a time in there.

...And surprisingly, the Bruins have been pretty tame compared to some of the other teams in the first round. That's not right.

Not looking too good for the 'Nucks... Do or die for them tomorrow. They played well last night, but the hockey gods weren't in their corner.

Kreider is still too green. NHL play is much much faster than the college speed he's used to. Last years NCAA ace DaCosta is on Ottawa's AHL team right now instead of playing tonight and he is better than Kreider.
