I tried cocaine once and only once. The experience completely SUCKED and I could not stand the way it made me feel. I have to wonder if there's just something in my biochemistry that's a little different, since so many people seem to love it. I just felt like my head was going to explode, my heart was racing and I felt very agitated and edgy.

But just because I don't like it doesn't mean it should be illegal.

Poor guy, he gets harassed by every gold digging old coot in town b/c his bills are paid and he has a sweet pension and benefits. Plus, for a 75 year old dude, he's in amazing shape. Personally if I'm going out I'd rather roll. Good molly keeps you awake like coke but without making you agitated. Plus everything is so great when you roll. After the first time I tried that stuff, I never understood why anyone would take coke over that.

You can overdose on water, junior. If you don't OD, opiates by themselves do little damage to your body. You get high, then you come down. Yeah, you can do stupid things while high which are dangerous. The acetaminophen in Vicodin can kill your liver (esp with alcohol) but acetaminophen isn't an opiate. Cocaine and meth can do immediate permanent damage to your heart and other major systems.

The trip from ecstasy is called "rolling" because of the way the feeling the drug causes has peaks and valleys.

I have never seen a Colombian house with a basement plus the chemicals used to process the stuff stink to high heaven and are highly flammable.

I remember coke in the 80s for $80s a gram and in the 90s and 2000s fluctuating between 40 and 60, those are prices in the US and it wasn't realliy stepped on.

People have switched to popping pills these days, easier to get and safer.

People have switched to meth, and crack stretches coke. There's only so much drugs that the world's drug addicts will buy. Add in the increased agricultural productivity of the last few years and the diseases caused by the cut and you've got a recipe for a glut.

Kinda crazy that most of the coke in the world is being produced in Columbia and they can't stop it.
