I got tired of hearing about this dumbass last time she was in the news.

I don't know...

Like the fist of god.

Now watch some idiot leave it behind in a taxi.

New rule for facial tatoos: you should be required to draw it on with ink or henna and live with it for a full year before making it permanent.

Also, her personality is more offputting than the tat, which at this point is not that bad.

2012-04-14 01:44:07 PM
This is why you always ask yourself, "Self, do I *really* want 56 stars tattooed on my farking face? Perhaps I should mull this over for a bit."

2012-04-14 01:44:22 PM
I was waiting for this get posted. Can't feel bad for her at all, because she lied multiple times about it.

Aw. I was hoping the headline was literal.

St_Francis_P: I got tired of hearing about this dumbass last time she was in the news.

Ironically, I now have a violin small enough to play for you now!

Just as a cautionary tale to the kiddies, it's a great story...

You should have seen me jump when my scrolling window revealed the side-by-side pic of the idiot girl and the artist.

Sure, he looks like someone who would show restraint in applying your tattoo whims.

2012-04-14 01:51:56 PM
My God, it's full of stars.

2012-04-14 01:51:59 PM
Language barrier? Did you see all that shiat in his mouth?

2012-04-14 01:52:27 PM
I hate tattoos, I think they are almost always stupid. But honestly, it doesn't look bad at all. It'll look like hell when she's over 40, but now it's fine. Her face is going to look a lot worse if she gets it laser removed. She should leave it be.

2012-04-14 01:53:17 PM
I actually think she looks pretty cute.

Tat artist was at least a decent fellow when she lied about him adding more stars. Offering to pay up to half of the money for laser removal wasn't something he had to do.

Her tats really don't look terrible faded (rather good), but she seems horrible enough on the inside to make up for it.

Silly question, but can't she just cover them up with makeup? Granted, I have a heck of a time covering up the occasional pimple, but I know they make body makeup to coverup tattoos. So if she hates it all that much and is so embarrassed by it, can't she cover it up when she goes out in public?

Yet another child who was terrified about how her parents might react. When is society going to crack down on parental authority?

She wont grow out of being dumb. Or the tattoos.

Why? If you're the kind of person that even entertains the idea of a facial tat, you deserve one.

People change, their values and priorities shift as they move from young adulthood to mature adulthood. The things you want as a youth -- individualism, self-expression, recreation and socialization -- are not as important as you move into your prime adult years.

I've always been terrified of getting a tattoo, for the sane reason that I know I won't want it anymore 2-3 years down the road. Lots of fads are easy to drop and move on from. Tattoos aren't.

2012-04-14 02:10:25 PM
Yeah, I don't think I'd be getting any ink from a tattoo artist with whom there was the slightest possibility of a language barrier between they and I.

/could I get a Fark grammar nazi to check that for me?
//I think I did alright.

Tattoo parlors provide a valuable public service. They install permanent signs on people who make bad decisions and who are easily duped into stupid actions. Im surprised more people dont take advantage of this marvelous identification tool and profit from it. Con men could have a better success rate from a random list of 100 tattooed folk than they would from a random list of 100 AARP members . Some old people are still pretty sharp.

I was just having the tat regret discussion with friends. We decided that if someone would invent a tat that would last about a decade before fading completely away, we would definitely do it.

Not on the face though.

There ya go, because what people who dig tattoos really want is laws to protect them against themselves. They feel too darned free to make mistakes. Lets nanny state them. For their own good.

Plus the tattoo parlors could double their profits on face tattoos this way. This ould be a sort of Thank You program for them. They do provide a valuable tool to society by marking the members who make bad decisions in a spectacular way.

Indeed. For all that his picture did make me go "Whoa, dude. Too much.", he seems like a pretty good guy.

She on the other hand... Even though her tattoos look rather pretty, the ugliness (or stupidity, interchangeably) runs deeper than the tats do.

I'd needle it..

Tattoo Location Chart (new window)

It doesn't list leg tattoos (of which there appear to be a lot!).

I admit that when I first saw this chart, I wanted a tattoo in any of the grey areas. Which is why I don't have tattoos. Too contrary. :)

I lol'ed at the headline after seeing the article. Would lol again. Good form, subby. Good form.

It doesn't look so great with her hair pulled back but with her hair down she looks good to me and I generally find tattoos extremely off-putting no matter where they are.

I predict that she will get pregnant, then fat and then complain about how little money the state gives her.

the problem with farking this chick, is that she will probably report you for rape the next day.

I think the stars are pretty cool, actually. Though I can see why she'd be upset, it's gonna totally kill her career chances... then again, just the 3 stars she wanted would have done the same thing....

2012-04-14 02:54:31 PM
GOOOLLLLLY... No way I'd let that freak get anywhere near me with a sharp object.....

I actually was looking for the violin.
Now that they can "print" human organs to be replacements for worn or diseased body parts.
With the nanotech possumbilities of today, the smallest functional violin may be the next taken on challenge.
Gotta run a deep and wide search for miniature violins.
I have a 4 4 here and it seems pretty tiny.

In truth I don't find them too off-putting. I've seen some awful facials.

It kind of bothers me that when people pantomime "the world's smallest violin," they're only using two fingers on one hand in a rubbing motion. In essence, they are grinding up the tiny violin, rather than playing it.

That used to bug me, but I figure they're pantomiming that the violin is held between the crook of the index finger and the ball of the thumb, and the thumb itself is pushing the bow across the tiny violin... Although generally people do a circular motion which would be ridiculously exaggerated at the proper scale.

Well, it's not a violin precisely, but there's always the micronium...

Forget the glasses for a moment. How long does all that junk take to remove safely if the dude needs a medical scan or has to go through a security checkpoint? I say safely because they could just stick him in an MRI and remove a lot of it at once.

/true story, before I joined Fark I lurked for two years. I finally chose to register an account because I thought it would be appealing to have a conversation or even just a point made with nothing more than a wordless image and here, where nothing is obscure, was the place for it.

How's the nanotech research going, Dr. Fell?
Not too well?
My grad students have built the world's smallest violin.
Here, let me play it for you with the world's tiniest bow ....
It's La Pathéthique by Tchaikovsky.
Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
I guess we know which nanotech team is getting the grant money, don't we, Dr. Fell (whom I love, none too well).

And what does his nose look like with the hardware removed? And how does he blow it?
