So, watching that Chelsea-Spurs game it made me think -- why aren't Spurs fans more upset that their team just quit on the game?

I think they're just shocked that it happened as late as April as opposed to the usual January-February.

Langston: expobill: as a Chelsea supporter, i heart-fully apologize for moment of silence broken by my colleges today.
That was a sad day and should never happen again in any arena or place.

You never have to apologize on behalf of other people being idiots. It doesn't matter where they were, or which side of the field they were on, or what color their support jerseys were. They are an embarrassment to civility.

This. There are always going to be douche bags, as long as you aren't one, you're cool..

What's the cut off for young player of the year? Tim Krul is only two months older than aguero and I think he definitely deserves a mention on that list because he's having an absolutely outstanding year in his first full season as a starter.

He plays GK and is at Newcastle. Two strikes against him in the minds of the "experts" before anything else is considered.

Must be aged 23 or under at the start of the season, so Krul qualifies. I agree he's been outstanding. Better than Hart. Krul will be on my team of the year in a few weeks. There is no higher praise :-)

The bigger question for Krul remains, though...WHY U MAD THO?!?1?

Wenger should get a 30m rope. Tie one end around Santos's waist and the other around the corner flag. He seems to have some trouble understanding where "left" and "back" are.

Wait, Santos isn't our right winger?

In reserves news, Man United came from 3-0 down to win 6-3 against Newcastle. They win the Northern League and will play Southern League winners Aston Villa for the overall title. Will Keane scored four, but Petrucci was apparently the star man.

I feel good about Petrucci. I think he's going to be an excellent player if he can calm his head and be patient. Go out on loan for a season or two, and build up his experience, and he'll be really good.
