Please kill yourself.

He wished for his death when he got caught many years ago. God did not grant his wish so Jerry carried on his mission at the 2nd mile.

May you be raped by the legal system and then again by the men with the most cigarettes.

They seduced him and were totally asking for it, dressed all sexy like young boys do nowadays.

"limited funds have hampered efforts to find damaging information about his eight known accusers."

Because you haven't damaged them enough already.

2012-04-13 01:08:25 PM
From TFA: It has gone to federal court saying the company is not inclined to pay defense costs, especially because of the coach's "reprehensible acts."

Read more: http://dailycaller.com/2012/04/12/jerry-sandusky-uses-child-charitys-i nsurance-policy-to-pay-defense-bills/#ixzz1rwPH8CS9

If you have a policy contract that stipulates payment if a specific set of circumstances are met, and those circumstances are met (without shenaniganry by Sandusky), what business is it of the insurance company to dictate what those funds are ultimately used for? Now if there's fraud on the other hand...

2012-04-13 01:08:55 PM
FTA: Sandusky's legal defense has already cost him $200,000 and his lawyer, Joe Amendola, told USA Today that limited funds have hampered efforts to find damaging information about his eight known accusers.

Without probes that could undermine the character of his accusers, Sandusky's defense could be lacking "really important" information, said former federal prosecutor Aitan Goelman.

"For a criminal defendant, you want to be able to call (witnesses') credibility into question," he added.

I know this is why they need the money, I get that this is part of Amendola's job - but seriously idiot, do you need to broadcast it like that?

2012-04-13 01:09:34 PM
So. Any Farkers want to be an internet hero?

Can you pull a Jack Ruby on this guy? Please?

2012-04-13 01:09:50 PM
The insurance company is waiting for the resolution of that lawsuit, and has already paid about $125,000 in Sandusky's defense expenses.

Maybe you should have paid him just....oh I don't know....NOTHING, and let him take YOU to court.

What kind of insurance company sell polices insuring against accusations of child molestation? Geez, the Gekko must be expanding his market

Honestly, this is just the umpteenth example that Joe Amendola is, perhaps, the most incompetent attorney imaginable. And, I'm quite fine with that.

It's the my attorney is such an idiot that me hiring him is enough to create some reasonable doubt defense. It worked for Casey Anthony.

Not to mention the appeals process. When he is convicted, he can claim incompetent legal representation. There's an old saying in criminal cases -- hire the best lawyer in town, or the worst lawyer in town

Has it been determined whether he's doing this on purpose?

...so he used the second mile to find children to rape, and is now drawing funding away from this same organization to pay someone to slander the children that he raped.

Seriously, what makes him think this is a good defense strategy? Showing that the people your client is acused of abusing now have serious emotional problems is unlikely to have the desired effect.

I know...innocent till proven guilty. But, I have no problem with people with this type of dysfunction, mutation, whatever the hell is wrong with them, being at the very least, chemically castrated so that they can never get aroused by anything ever again. They can clutch their shrivelled junk protectively as they scurry fearfully through a terrifying landscape called "prison" for the rest of their days. Some monsters do not deserve a second chance at anything. There is no appropriate way to pay their dues to society other than inside a cage, forced to reflect every moment on the hell of their own making.

This guy already has police protection, since his house has been vandalized a number of times recently. He lives just a few blocks from me. Right near an elementary school. Yeah, awesome.

When I heard the interview with Bob Costas (a true class act), I knew Sandusky was guilty. You could even hear it in Costas voice when he realized it too.

What Sandusky is doing now- raiding a children's charity to fund a mud slinging campaign againt his victims - is beyond reprehensible. It's borderline subhuman.

I'm hoping for a quick trial, a long sentence, and a stay cut short by prison violence.

Actually, I want him to make it to prison. They really like his type there.

It's been awhile since I read the relevant cases, but I seem to recall that in criminal cases incompetent legal representation is a valid grounds for a new trial only if you can show you are factually innocent. And at the most, would only be grounds for a new trial.

Yeah, well there usually isn't a whole lot of amusement that goes along with a repeat offender child rape case. So I guess at least there's something.

Or maybe the strategy of (1) get convicted, (2) appeal based on ineffective assistance of counsel, (3) delay sentencing pending appeal, (4) repeat.

A skeevy pervert pedofork embezzling from a charity fund, and a lawyer's best stategerie to defend his client is to dig up dirt to smear the accusers.

Lovely.

Yeah, once that interview happened; any chance of escaping the charges flew out the window. He's just digging himself deeper and deeper every moment he lives at this point.

Can't wait to hear the opening arguments.

That bolded section is just commentary added by the author. I hate articles that try to make stories more clickworthy by sensationalizing. The Daily Mail has better journalism standards.

Had the lawyer ordered a rack of lamb, the blog would likely have reported that he sacrificed live animals to sate his pagan gods and carnal(ivore) desires.

Sandusky isnt likely to be acquitted, and it would not be justice if we didn't allow him a defense.
