Clicked, assuming that was some sort of strange, clever euphemism.

It wasn't.

2012-04-12 10:19:00 PM
I voted it up. It is as newsflash-worthy as anything else Zimmerman.

2012-04-12 10:19:12 PM
Hmmmm. Ironic Newsflash tag usage. I'm not sure how I feel about this. Give me a moment to think about it....

Rage. Yup, uncontrollable rage.

With this kind of publicity, his attorneys may have grounds to change the venue of the trial to Mars pretty soon.

Since he killed a thug while fighting for his life, maybe some more thugs should be killed to make it worth while.
Show your "grill", take a bullet.

But for only $2 more, you can get one with a knuckle guard fashioned from a spork.

I voted up

This is not newsworthy and Yahoo needs to be chastised from its readers.

Would anyone else have seriously considered buying Skittles and Tea?

Would that be the best or the worst troll ever?

While this is not breaking news, the link with the investigator's affidavit sure was. I read it and left and now it is not there.

To paraphrase - Profiled and hunted him down, enough to get him for 1st degree, but they aren't going to let anymore information get out to the public.

RTFA. He's being charged with second-degree murder, not first.

I KNOW what he is being charged with; I am repeating what the investigator's report said. They said they had enough for FIRST.

I guess you can read it for yourself when it pops back up.

The link to the affidavit is there.

I'm on dial-up & my ISP is flaky right now or I would post the affidavit.

I'm guessing that they feel there's a better chance of getting a conviction with a second degree murder charge. Even then, the maximum sentence for that is life in prison.

Anybody have the easy link to whatever video of whatever anybody said about this at 1:30 EDT yesterday?

2012-04-13 12:46:34 AM
My bad. It's not in the affidavit, it is on the second page.

Lead prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda would not discuss what other evidence prosecutors have against the neighborhood watch volunteer, except to say it is enough to support the first-degree felony charge.

I would assume that is why. Several were saying they should have gone lower than this, unless!, they had evidence that they were keeping under wraps. I guess they do.

Why are they charging him for these necessities? Isn't the state responsible for providing him with the necessities of life?
