You have to wonder if they would have been better off not charging him...they better hope they have some lock tight evidence that says he's guilty. With the relative lack of true info that's come out on this case, I would have to suspect there's going to be a LOT of circumstantial evidence....if they had anything rock solid it wouldn't have taken so long for them to make an arrest.

Yep. There's not enough evidence to dispel reasonable doubt on his defense. That's why there weren't charges in the first place. The onus of proof is on the prosecution.
