urban.derelict: /remember how Obomber laughed off the top 8 requests at we the people dot gov
//f*cking spineless democrats

Not sure what 3rd party candidate I'm voting for at this point, but Gary Johnson is on the top of my list. I do remember how he laughed it off, just like the media does, and it really bugs me. The drug war is a deathly serious issue but all these clowns that profit from it just love mocking it and making jokes. I also think this is even worse than the Democrats being spineless since they are not just ignoring the issue but actually increasing the power of the Feds to shut down medical marijuana. The Democrats have truly become the Republicans while the Republicans have become the pro-corporate Taliban.

John Buck 41: I havn't seen all his work; not even that much. But I have always thought Taking Care Of Business was funny as hell.

Course Charles Grodin may have had something to do with that.

For a short period in the late-80s, Jim Belushi could be considered a decent comedic actor.

it doesn't make one more creative, but allows the user to blow off everything else, thereby concentrating on the artsy stuff more.

June 25, 1988, 7:35pm to 7:42pm, to be more specific. Anything outside of that time period, he blows chunks.

You're thinking of booze, subby.

justtray: I've heard stories of people bringing marijuana on planes because TSA is a bunch of brain dead morons that couldn't find a gun in a bag let alone a tiny bit of weed. I just don't get how people get caught/busted.

So, Jim Belushi will be sentenced to World's Dumbest Criminals now. One joint would mean what, 2 maybe 3 episodes. Danny Bonaduce has, what a life sentence on that show for the drugs he has done. Leith Garret just gets himself rebusted so he might be on for life too.

perhaps he should try

I dunno. He was really starting to tip back into jim belushi at the 7:36pm mark..

According to Jim aired 182 episodes.

So the next time you're wondering why a show like Arrested Development or Community struggles to make it past 50 episodes, remember that we live in a world where According to Jim almost got to 200, and human existence is full of misery.

zato_ichi: Red Heat was the best buddy cop movie from the '80's.

Fact.

You spelled Turner & Hooch wrong, but other than that, I agree.

Yeah, I can't seriously argue Turner & Hooch was better than Beverly Hills Cop, so I'll just bow out now...

You get points for originality, and Turner and Hooch was a good flick. Unlike BHC, i haven't seen it since the first time I saw it when i was a kid though.
