Actually, Poland is pretty far ahead in building an electric car that's a viable option for everybody, and as soon as they've got the extension cord market cornered, they'll commence full scale production.

Actually, Polish car production involves going to Germany, breaking into and stealing nice German cars with a claw hammer, and driving them back to Poland.
