Thanks to all of you for your support and well wishing during this time.

The police were able to locate her at 1:00AM today in Carlisle after an apparent 4 day partying spree. After 2 hours at the police station and 8 hours (yes, you read that right) at the ER to have her checked out and make sure she's ok we're finally back home.

I'm going to get some sleep but thank you all for everything!

Congrats. I was hoping she was okay, because I Googled the news for info on missing girls (seeing if there was other news updates on her) and I found a whole boatload of stories about girls currently missing. It was real depressing and after reading a couple I closed the tab. Sometimes the world is bad, but that she is back is great news!!! Even if she was partying for four days.

Glad she is returned safely. I would resist the urge to ground her permanently as that will lead to all sorts of further issues (especially since she is your foster daughter).

Best of luck with her though. Hopefully you can provide the safe type of environment that she needs to mature and grow.

Good for you glad it worked out.

I would give you some advice but my attorneys and the commonwealth would frown upon it after the incident where I chained some kids to the radiator and beat them for a number of days due to a similiar scenario. I mean the jury probably would have been more sympathetic if they were actually my kids but I shouldn't say anything more.
