Okay, if you hit an officer, it carries extra charges because the person attacked was a public officer. So wouldn't it only be fair that all violations commit by an officer should carry extra charges as the person was assaulting the position?

A Risk Assessment Officer is not a police officer. No badge and no arrest powers and has nothing to do with law enforcement. He does stuff like checking to see if the tile floor needs a rug so people don't slip and fall and sue the city.

Takes one to know one.

Put someone completely drug-free up there and never used, probably do a worse job.

That little social experiment went very wrong however.
