I understand that the Angels arevsupposedbto do well this season, but sending 70 out of 100 staffers just seems like screwed up priorities

*sigh* I've been an Angels fan since 1974, I was 14 and saw Nolan Ryan in his prime pitch from the 5th row > hated the Dodgers.

I'm just not excited about this team. I don't like Pujols and his insane Bible-thumping wife, I think Moreno broke the bank for a guy who's on the downside of his career and they didn't do anything to fix the gaping abyss in the bullpen. Not to mention, they still employ that fat tub of goo ex-Dodger who should have been fired after the flameout in the 2008 playoffs and I simply don't get the same vibe I had in 2002. Because of the way Scioscia runs the team, they don't play with any passion, any fire, they react the same win or lose, I hate it.

It's a long season, maybe I'll warm up to this team.
